Well we just got done with the first vote, Scott left, no surprise. That was expected. However, there were 2 things that happened that I DIDN'T expect.
First was minor. Scott voted for me, which surprised me a little. I had expected Dakota to get voted for, (so much for going through the entire game without getting a single vote). Nothing major.
Second thing, though, was major. When responding to his question, Ektor, for whatever the bloody hell of a reason, brings up that he and me are in an alliance. Right in front of Dakota! Aye aye aye!
Sigh, well as always, I quickly came up with another solution. What will happen is that we will indeed go to Dakota and offer her a spot in what will eventually be a huge alliance, (me, Dakota, Ektor, Morgan, and Torah if all goes well).
Then me or Ektor, (probably me, since Dakota has already told me she's not comfortable with Ektor. Plus after the TC incident, I don't trust Ektor so much anymore either) will go and make a separate final 2 alliance with her, saying that he will screw the other over for some reason. For me, it'll be that if Ektor is already blabbing stuff out, I can't trust him with a final 2 alliance.
This probably won't work out so hot, but considering the circmstances, I think it's the best plan we got.

Wow, just wow. The very immunity challenge after I say that we just need to chill out and plan ahead before we rush into challenges...well Dakota blows it for us almost immediately by getting us DQed. Geez, we can't do one f*cking challenge without getting DQed somehow. Sigh, this frickin' sucks. We will now be down to 2 people and WE JUST STARTED!!!
On paper, this looks like an easy vote, since Dakota hasn't been useful at all so far, plus me and Ektor have an alliance and a gameplan.
However, there is an issue. While it seems obvious that a tribal mixup is neccesary for the remaining Memphis tribe to have even a slight chance at competing, it's always possible that the hosts won't mix us up. So I need to be prepared for anything...plus I feel bad for her, since she does feel really bad about what happened at the challenge. I'm usually all for the second chance, so this gets hard.
True, I'm already in an alliance with Ektor, but I probably could control Dakota much more easily if I save her. And having an ally that you can control is obviously why better than having an ally that's smart and that thinks for himself, which I could see Ektor doing. That could hurt me in the long run since he could see a better deal in the long run and take it. If I save Dakota, she might hesistate before she did it, which duh, saves me from having to worry so much. Maybe...
So since I can't decide what to do, I will write down the pros and cons of keeping them both around, hopefully this helps me decide...
Ektor:
Pros: If there is a tribal mixup, this is great for us since we've been wanting to get into an alliance with Torah and Morgan. Then the game hopefully goes as planned.
If there isn't a mixup, then Ektor gives us a way better chance at winning the next immunity than Dakota would, (since she'd probably just get us DQed again).
I have an alliance with him, and it seems legit for now.
Cons: If there is a mixup, it's possible that we won't be on the same tribe, so he then becomes the opponent.
Even if we are on the same tribe, we might not have the numbers, and we could get picked off, and since he's better at the challenges than I am, I'd get picked off first.
If the tribes are not mixed up, if Memphis loses immunity, then there is a tiebreaker challenge, (no vote obviously since it's just me and Ektor). He's better at the challenges than I am, so he would beat me easily.
Dakota: Pros: If the tribes mix up, because I saved her ass, she would probably be appreciative and stick with me and do whatever I want her too. That could prove even better than having Ektor around.
If the tribes mix up and we lose immunity and even if we don't have the numbers, Dakota would be offed before me.
If the tribes don't mix up, then if we lose immunity, I would kick her ass in a tie breaker challenge.
Cons: If the tribes mix up, she might not want to get into an alliance with Torah and Morgan, which causes problems.
If the tribes don't mix up, we will almost certainly lose the immunity challenge, so I would have to deal with a tie breaker, which you never want to get put into even if you know you're gonna win.
Dang, this is tough, I don't have long to decide, so I need to figure this out and soon.
